This is a self-contained facility for up to 34 people. It has 10 upscale rooms (24 beds) with bedding and towels provided. There is also a shared restroom at the end of the hall. If a group has less than 10, they would pay as if they had 10 people. This facility includes a kitchen where you can cook your own meals, a dining area and a separate living room/meeting area for your use.
On some occasions, the Retreat Center may be combined with the rest of the camp to accommodate larger groups, when available. This option is generally only available with groups of 90 or more. |
The Main Camp lodging options consist of The Lodge, which has 6 bunk rooms (sleeping 54) and shared restrooms at the end of the hall, as well as The Timothy Cabins, which include two 12-bed cabins (sleeping 24), one 8-bed cabin, and six rustic cabins with 6 beds each (four of which have seasonal bathrooms). In total, there are 34 sets of bunk beds across the cabins, accommodating up to 68 guests.
All packages include a meal plan, except on rare occasions when your group has the opportunity to cook outdoors using grills and crockpots. Main Camp can sleep up to 122 people. |

Requirements
**due to our 501(c)(3) status, we are not available for weddings, family reunions, or corporate events.
Insurance
Each group is required to have their insurance company send a Certificate of Insurance to Camp Pinewood. The certificate should list your group as the insured party and include Camp Pinewood as an additional insured.
Contract
Each group will be provided with a booking contract, which must be signed and returned within 30 days of receipt. Please note that dates are not considered reserved until the signed contract is received.
Deposit
The booking isnt complete until Camp Pinewood has recieved a deposit of $300. This deposit is non-refundable and will be due with your signed contract.
