We have a new registration software so you will need to create a new account, unless you already created one for Winter Blast, earlier this year.

Here are some additional instructions for a few of our options that may be a little more complicated.
Angel Tree:
You'll need to create an account for your family and set up each of your kids as campers. When you answer the Angel Tree Question at the beginning of the enrollment process, it will open up the Angel Tree enrollment options for each of your youth camps (Angel Tree - Junior Camp, Angel Tree - Middle School Camp, etc.), so you will be able to register each of them for the correct camp. You'll need to make sure that you only select the correct Angel Tree enrollment option, so that it doesn't charge you for the full price of camp.
Family Camp or Especially Needed:
For Family Camp, you’ll need to create an account for your family. The system will only let you register one camper per cabin/room/RV space or tent, so you will need to either register one of your children per space that you are requesting, or create a camper with the first name “Family” and then your last name. If you need more than one room or cabin or are bringing more than one tent, think of it as registering for one room or cabin at a time, then you will be listing who will be staying in each of those rooms or cabins separately. There will be a fee per cabin/room/space and a separate meals fee per person (over age 4) for which you will need to select the appropriate number of people in your family who need to pay for the meal plan. If you are requesting more than one room or space for your family, you’ll need to repeat the process for each room or space with a new camper, named “Family 2” or with another one of your children. We don't have a great way to set up deposits this year, so if you’re paying with a credit card, you’ll need to pay in full. For the check option, you’ll at least need to start with a down payment of the lodging cost to hold your spot. If you need more time to get the money for meals, you can send a second check up to two weeks before camp to cover the rest of the meal cost.
JOY Camp
For Joy Camp, you’ll need to create an account for your family. The system will only let you register or enroll “campers” in our programs, not the parents, so you’ll need to add a camper with your own name and if applicable add another one with your spouse’s name or anyone else who you may be registering. There will be a place to select whether you are staying in an RV, Cabin, or two different types of Retreat Center rooms. It will show a base fee that covers meals and lodging if you are bringing an RV. For the other options, there will be additional fees, depending on which one you choose.
At checkout you will have the option to either add card information and pay online or you may choose to mail us a check for the total amount to confirm your reservation.
General Scholarships:
If you are in need of a scholarship (non Angel Tree), please first check with your church and see if they have any scholarships available. If not, you will need to fill out the scholarship application at this link before registering. If the application is approved, we will give you a scholarship code to enter at the time of payment.
